Worksmart has over 10 years experience within the FSA regulated workflow marketplace – since our first sales tool for a major insurer was delivered in 1996 we moved to sales productivity tools through to regulated sales activity tracking and now to enterprise-wide middleware for sales, compliance and HR activities.

Worksmart Solutions has two main product lines based upon the ‘hub and spoke’ model shown below. Our Financial Services Products help FSA regulated companies see and interact with their customer in a controlled and regulated way. For the financial services market, all our customers’ decision makers have a difficult balance to maintain over performance and risk, cost and control. We have designed our software tools to be business rules agnostic to allow your best practice and competitive advantages to be deployed uniformly across all units and locations.

Tracsmart is our core module to manage records and sales processes, and allows risk to be closely checked and controlled.

Testsmart is the management tool for testing individuals across your organisation for managing their competence levels.

Checksmart assists with your sales quality checking/file checking process or any processes that need step-by-step completion and authorisation to be closely managed.

Caresmart manages the customer complaints process, from receiving the initial call and tracking the progress of the response to submitting referrals to the Financial Ombudsman Service and the resolution of the complaint, including compensation and root cause analysis.

Actsmart is the tool aimed at increasing the productivity of your staff by collecting and analysing performance data – a powerful sales coaching tool.

Our second stream is a growing part of the business providing Peoplesmart HR Products to help customers administer their HR processes and to deliver performance management improvements and cost savings.

All our modules and products have a single aim and outcome: they connect sales, checking, HR and rewards, customer care, compliance and training teams with a common language. While delivering auditable compliance reporting and MI across the business, Worksmart products help you to demonstrate that best practice and TCF is in your organisation’s culture from Board to operator level.
