Worksmart is a true ‘Groupware’ product that enables the easy management of a range of processes throughout different departments or subsidiaries. It provides clients with the choice of a self-contained solution or a solution that integrates with existing architecture:
- Business Process Automation (BPA) Solution – Worksmart provides a technology platform and database to automate business processes with unparalleled flexibility to design and apply business rules (knowledge base), workflow management and data sharing
- Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Solution – Worksmart provides unique functionality for various processes that can be integrated seamlessly with different networks, software applications and data sources already existing in an organisation, allowing unrestricted exchange and sharing of data and business rules throughout
In financial markets our software will often sit as a middle office system between point-of-sale software and back office support systems. For larger clients we complement their Oracle/SAP or other heavyweight HR admin systems already installed together with CRM and billing engines and provide essential connections between those tools. We provide major banks with their personnel compliance engine. For smaller clients we provide a broader footprint solution that is often installed in many departments or functions. The common factor is that we deliver a critical enterprise-wide set of tools that join HR, Training, Compliance, Testing and Sales functions so that they have a robust and auditable set of controls in play. The advantage of a broader roll out is reliable management information available anywhere, from a CEO’s dashboard to the task-list for a customer service operative.
Worksmart has two main product lines based upon the ‘hub and spoke’ model below. The first line is the Financial Services Products that help FSA regulated companies see and interact with their customer in a controlled and regulated way. For the Financial Services Market, all our customer’s decision makers have a difficult balance to maintain over performance and risk, cost and control. We have designed our software tools to be business rules agnostic to allow best practice and competitive advantages to be deployed uniformly across all units and locations.

We cover five main sectors with five different products in the Financial Services Market:
Tracsmart is our core module to manage records and sales processes, and allows risk to be closely checked and controlled.
Testsmart is the management tool for testing individuals across your organisation for managing their competence levels.
Checksmart assists with your sales quality checking/file checking process or any processes that need step-by-step completion and authorisation to be closely managed.
Caresmart manages the customer complaints process, from receiving the initial call and tracking the progress of the response to submitting referrals to the Financial Ombudsman Service and the resolution of the complaint, including compensation and root cause analysis.
Actsmart is the tool aimed at increasing the productivity of your staff by collecting and analysing performance data – a powerful sales coaching tool.
Our second stream is a growing part of the business providing Peoplesmart HR Products to help customers administer their HR processes and to deliver performance management improvements and cost savings.
All our modules and products have a single aim and outcome; they connect sales, checking, HR and rewards, customer care, compliance and training teams with a common language. While delivering auditable compliance reporting and MI across the business, Worksmart products help you to demonstrate that best practice and TCF is in your organisation’s culture from Board to operator level. Our tools dramatically reduce paper usage, form filling, archiving costs and wastage and the result is a well-conducted management culture, where you have confidence that the people are competent and the systems and controls are robust.
Worksmart builds its products through its own in-house software development team and has a number of major banks and building societies, life and investment companies, distributors and IFA groups as current clients.
