Our Actsmart module is the tool that customers use to performance manage their staff. You set benchmarks, track activity and view the results. Data is all collated in the right place and the coaching is more powerful as a result.

Using Actsmart gives your team leaders and managers the ability to carry out more one-to-one meetings and handle a greater number of direct reports because the system pre-prepares the review documentation with your own key performance indicator data.

The appraisals are centrally stored with any supporting paperwork and many customers directly link these to reward payments or failure notifications and action plans. This is all paperlessly managed within the system and provides direct evidence of competence and allows for focus on every employee’s performance.

At an organisational level the use of Actsmart allows central dissemination of KPIs and sales targets throughout the organisation via one or many discrete channels. Permission controls means junior leaders can see their targets and those of their team.

As the organisation uses the tool the data is then aggregated to allow senior management to review consistent performance data in real time which immediately forms part of onward reporting at unit or board level.

Actsmart can be used to:
