Over a period of ten years Tracsmart has become the industry workflow engine of choice for all levels of managers implementing T&C schemes, HR requirements or managing regulated sales processes.

Tracsmart is the core engine that drives all our modules. It is a flexible workflow tool that is deployable to one team or a whole enterprise and manages the connecting of people, business rules and actions. There are tens of thousands of users who use Tracsmart as their office; their filing cabinet for all the forms, their email reminders and diary, and their shared tool to allow subordinates to be managed and tested and Directors to review performance and coach.

We set up the whole organisation to use the application and create bespoke views for sub-groups; the system is all password-protected and configurable to how you run your business. The common theme is that, top down or bottom up, all the information is in the right place and all the activity is track-able and transparent.

The reporting suite within the product allows you to see real-time failures, root causes, and see the effect of corrective actions as they feed through the workflow.
