Worksmart is a 10 year veteran of the industry – we have specialised in a range of HR and compliance products spanning variety of industries and financial services market.

We started life as a sales productivity and coaching tool for a major insurer in 1996 and have moved to a range of HR modules covering training, recruitment, competence testing, sickness and absence, holiday management and performance management & appraisal software.

All our customer’s HR decision makers have a difficult balance to maintain over performance and risk, cost and control. We have designed our software tools to allow HR managers to deliver value to the business by delivering control and management information with the minimum business change if you wish.
