Another thriving event from Worksmart

The Worksmart team are delighted to announce that the Super User Event held on 25th March was a great success.

The Super User Day allowed Worksmart to share with their Preferred Customers all the new and exciting product developments, as well as to hear directly what new products and services their most important customers would like to see in the future. The event proved to be an insightful and valuable day for both parties with excellent customer feedback received.

The night before the main event, members of Worksmart team and clients enjoyed the exceptional food and company in a friendly atmosphere at the Plough Restaurant in Wavendon . The Super User Day started off by the opening introduction from Richard Pawlyn, Worksmart’s Chief Executive.  Richard laid out his plans for the organisation over the coming year and stated that his main focus will remain on customer service, deepening those already well established customer relationships and the delivery of quality systems to its end users.

The morning session covered a number of inspiring development areas.  Nic Dent demonstrated the latest version of the Testsmart tool, which allows customers to test individuals without the need for bringing everyone to the same location.. Angela James then introduced the brand new “Version 8” and the customer driven enhancements to Worksmart’s core client/application module that includes multitasking with multiple events, a better look and feel with higher security and speed.  Julie Pardy introduced another cutting edge development  called “Training Simulator” that combines the management of individuals’ learning and testing requirements and delivers desk-based simulations of a clients’ live system to a diverse and geographically spread training population, without having to leave the office – radically reducing implementation time and cost.

The feedback gathered for the new products was very striking.  All of the developments were very well received by the clients and generated a great amount of interest amongst them. It proved once again that especially training and testing are becoming more important as training budgets are tightened and demands on competency increased, so tougher times require much smarter solutions than ever.

After a lively lunch where representatives from a wide range of businesses got to swap experience and share suggestions on the best use of the Worksmart tool, the afternoon was mainly devoted to our clients debating, and discussing what they wanted Worksmart to deliver in the future in terms of new products and existing product development.

The event was rounded off with a short presentation from Worksmart’s new Head of Sales – Duncan Mack, where he introduced the new Worksmart Customer Relationship approach “Annual MOT Concept”. Duncan informed clients how Worksmart will help its selected customers make the most of their system and how they will be benefited from this new complimentary offer.

As a leader workflow provider within the Financial Services Market, Worksmart is pleased to have delivered another worthy meeting for its clients and will continue serving to its customers’ business needs as ever.
