Worksmart stand mobbed in Harrogate

Worksmart enjoyed significant success during the CIPD Show in Harrogate on 16-18 September, as our ‘Relaxed HR Heroics are not Oxymoron’ message resonated with HR Heroes at the show. Our stand was one of the busiest stands in Harrogate this year and the HR Heroes had great fun with the stress test and the Worksmart league table.

By cutting out paper usage, form filling, archiving costs and wastage, Worksmart HR software offers not only cost-saving but also helps to create stress-free HR teams. It’s a highly scaleable workflow tool that manages the connection of people, business rules and actions and the result is relaxed HR Heroes who can focus on value-added activities and powerful management information.

On 16 September, Worksmart also presented a case study presentation on Performance Development Reviews (PDR) in the Exhibitor Exchange Theatre. This session described how, by using the Worksmart Performance Management Module, a leading UK company transformed their personal development reviews into a performance improvement tool.

The CIPD show is one of the main industry event get togethers and is a great opportunity to get up to date information, gain valuable insights and meet with key providers and HR professionals in the marketplace. Following a successful exhibition, we are delighted that our workflow based HR Products are growing in demand as HR Directors realise that their part of the business is usually subject to IT functionality.
