- Worksmart was one of the first companies to recognise the huge ramifications of a post retail distribution review (RDR) world for UK FS companies and responded by developing a continuing professional development (CPD) accreditation system to enable financial services organisations to be RDR-ready.

- careSmart is our Enterprise level complaints management and feedback system tuneable for FS, Corporate or other regulated market uses. Considered to be the most comprehensive system in the UK for handling volumes of complex complaints and feedback.
