Worksmart helps companies with regulated activities manage their people, maximize their performance and reduce the risk of fines for regulatory breaches. We provide a range of tailored solutions and products proven by household name brands for over 10 years. Our solutions assist in achieving compliance with regulations; particularly FSA, ASA and various HR laws requiring active quality control and audit quality MI for external review.
Our people help your industry professionals quickly deliver solutions to solve business problems cost effectively and then train and support you to be able to handle business as usual change easily.
We are the established market leader in many areas – for example in delivering technology to support Training and Competence schemes for the UK Banking and Finance sector. We deliver solutions based around our workflow engine and e-forms to varying levels of requirements across the breadth of sales environments from light touch to strong and deep spans of control and often both in the same enterprise. We have been proven time and again to deliver to the Regulators demands and many tens of thousands of individuals have their compliance regime managed via Worksmart’s desktop interfaces.
Our smallest customer has six users our biggest the population of a good sized city – we deliver a compelling business case whatever the size of organisation from sales CRM tools through to compliance oversight MI.
