Worksmart are delighted to annouce that Anthony Eghan, our Business Development Manager specialsing in complaints handling, has been asked to be a judge at the annual Complaints Handling Awards.
The awards will be presented at a ceremony on 5th March, at the Park Plaza hotel in London.
Anthony, who will be judging for the third year running, said;
"I'm really loooking forward to judging this year's entries. The awards are a fantastic way of showcasing best practice in complaint management across UK industry. We all tend to get a little blinkered in the sectors we work in, so these awards provide an opportunity to see how others are approaching complaints handling. Every year, I come away inspired by what I've seen and with new ideas about how we can get better at handling complaints in our sector".
