Riverstone Selects Caresmart for complaints management

Worksmart is delighted to announce the addition of RiverStone to the ever-increasing list of Managing Agents using the Caresmart hybrid solution  to manage both Lloyd’s Market and FCA Company complaints and feedback. RiverStone has built a reputation as a “best in class” run-off specialist, both as a highly effective operator and as a respected employer.

Worksmart, as a leading provider of complaints and feedback management systems to the Lloyd’s market, will implement Caresmart to enable RiverStone to streamline and automate many of the manual processes typically associated with handling Lloyd’s market and company complaints in the UK and international markets.
