A great opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst to join our established Service Delivery team. If you thrive on working in a fast-paced environment alongside a team where you can get stuck in, then this could be for you.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will take ownership for incidents raised by clients, triaging upon receipt ensuring the appropriate information is recorded. Ensure regular call reviews are undertaken and the appropriate client communications take place. Possess excellent SQL skills to ultimately progress incidents through to resolution in the first instance where possible. Review and aid enhancement of the Worksmart support processes and procedures, with a real focus on quality – ‘do it once, do it right’.
