Client Onboarding Specialist

Summary of the Role:

We are looking to recruit a Client Onboarding Specialist into our already established Service Delivery team.  The role will report directly into our Lead Business Analyst and you will be the primary contact for onboarding all new clients onto our Accord platform though a defined implementation lifecycle.  Part of this process will be writing documentation, facilitating and presenting at client workshops, demonstrating our solution functionality and interpreting customer needs.

Your Qualities:

You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable with communicating at all levels both internally and externally.  Presentation skills are one of your many strengths.   You thrive in a fast pace environment and relish a challenge.   Providing excellent customer service is right at the top of your agenda and you don’t mind travelling.  You are not frightened to challenge the status quo if the situation requires it.

What you will bring to the role:

Your experience stands out.  Already working in a professional services or IT environment for the past 5 years you are able to demonstrate your knowledge of software lifecycle principles and methodologies.  You are happy to hit the ground running and work with minimal guidance, demonstrating your initiative.  Computer skills using MS Office and Visio are bang up to date.
