After an early career in banking and insurance, Andy has spent the last 25 years designing and delivering software for the UK Financial Services market. Since becoming MD in 2018, Andy’s focus is on providing the direction and support the team need to be their best. 

Andy lives in North Hertfordshire and, with his two daughters becoming more independent, he has more  time to get frustrated on the local golf course.
