A thank you goes a long way, particularly in these difficult times. That is why I was delighted to receive a thank you from Jason Oakley, Chief Executive Officer, at Recognise Bank saying that they had been awarded banking licence by the regulator and thanking everyone who helped them on their three year journey from first submission to approval.
We worked closely with Jason and his board, guiding them through the SMCR regulation and helping them prepare their submission to the regulator which documented their SMCR arrangements and supporting processes. The submission included using Accord, our multi-award winning SMCR solution, to underpin their management of SMCR.
I am delighted to say that this part of their submission went well.
