We’re pleased to announce that Square 4 Partners are working with us to host their fourth and final Panel Discussion in their virtual Consumer Duty series.
In this webinar we will be discussing key aspects relating to Consumer Support including; complaints, customer service, third party outsourcing, vulnerable customers, training of staff and how firms should monitor the support provided to ensure they do not disadvantage particular groups of customers.
This event is an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge from the expert panel on their views and expectations of what Outcome 4 means for firms. The session will consist of a 45-minute panel discussion and a 15-minute open floor for questions.
