Chris is NED at Worksmart, advising on business development, growth challenges, and strategy. When not with Worksmart, Chris has executive duties as CFO and Business Development Director at Draper and Dash, a provider of SaaS analytics software.

Previously Chris was CEO of Optimum Health Technology which he sold to IQVIA in 2018. Chris was responsible for business strategy, operations, and company performance and grew the business from a generalist ‘legacy’ software provider to a focused Healthcare SaaS provider with audit, compliance and feedback solutions. Prior to joining Optimum in 2011 Chris’ career spanned 30 years in the technology and services industry and his Director roles included the development build and sale of TIS software and support, and corporate strategy and acquisitions at Misys plc.

Chris’ career also included 15 years as an adviser to the sector, as corporate finance partner at Deloitte, where he was Global Technology head, and subsequently at Cobalt, assisting with the development of over 100 fast growing technology companies.

In his spare time Chris enjoys travel and sport, including following the triumphs and slip-ups of his favourite football team.
