Paddy has been Chairman of Worksmart for over 10 years. His experience working with software companies spans over 25 years, first during 7 years with Private Equity firm 3i plc;  and then at Cobalt Corporate Finance, the TMT sector specialist adviser he founded and ran for 20 years before merging it to form Silverpeak, the technology investment bank where he is a Managing Partner.  Whenever he gets a chance Paddy loves to ski, watch rugby and play on boats of any kind.
